Dr. Peter Fritz is a certified specialist in periodontics and the founder of a collaborative,
Innovation-driven practice in Fonthill, Ontario, with a clinical focus on dental implant therapy, bone and soft tissue reconstruction, and periodontal wellness. A passionate global learner and academic, he has lectured internationally and presented research at global meetings since 2005.
He holds an MBA and a law degree from the University of Toronto, with ongoing studies in law focused on blockchain, cybersecurity, and AI. Dr. Fritz is also the founder of Perio in the Peninsula and the Big Red Canoe Dental Explorers Study Club, and developed North America’s first Dental Hygiene Periodontal Residency Program. He serves as Staff Periodontist for the Niagara Health System and holds academic appointments at McMaster and Brock University. In 2024, he continues international research on oral cancer in Bhutan and will lecture across Africa, including in Uganda, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Botswana, and South Africa.
